The Crankbrothers Synthesis Alloy Enduro 27.5 i9 Front wheel is part of the new aluminium range from crankbrothers. These wheels have been designed with a unique approach, focusing on a compliant front wheel and a stiff rear wheel to provide the best ride characteristics. The compliant front wheel improves handling and control in turns, while the stiff rear wheel enhances stability and tracking at high speeds. This is achieved through variations in spoke tension, weight, count, rim width, and rim weight. The Synthesis range includes models for Enduro, XC/Trail, and E-bikes, offering options for a wide range of riders. There are two hub options available for the Enduro and XCT models - a crankbrothers hub and an i9 1/1 hub, which offers 4 degrees of engagement. If you prefer to build your own custom wheel, the Enduro and XCT rim-only option is also available. Specifications for the front wheel include an inner rim width of 31.5mm, a spoke count of 28, and a weight of 837g for the 27.5 wheel size and 865g for the 29 wheel size.
